Services
Gatti's Studio provides custom website design, development, hosting, and maintenance services. Specific deliverables are agreed in writing before work begins.
Payment
All prices are in USD. One-time builds are charged upfront. Build + Maintain plans include a setup fee plus a monthly subscription that can be cancelled at any time (your site will be handed off or taken offline depending on the plan).
Refunds
If we haven't started work, you can request a full refund within 7 days. Once design work begins, refunds are prorated based on work delivered. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges.
Ownership
On full payment, you own the final website and all original assets created for you. We retain rights to display the work in our portfolio unless you ask otherwise.
Liability
Services are provided "as is." Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 3 months.
